1. 1General Terms

   AI Tool Bazar provides digital products, software subscriptions, AI tools, and related digital services.

   By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

   You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

   AI Tool Bazar reserves the right to update or modify these terms when necessary. Updated terms will be published on the website.

2. 2Orders & Payments

   • Full payment is required before activation or delivery of a subscription unless otherwise stated.
   • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
   • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.
   • Payment confirmation may be required before an order is activated or delivered.
   • Orders may be cancelled or rejected in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or misuse.
   • Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website. The price that applies to an order is the one shown when that order is confirmed; later catalog or exchange-rate changes are not applied retroactively in either direction.
   • Easypaisa is available only to customers in Pakistan. International customers must transfer payment to the Askari Bank account shown at checkout and are responsible for any sending-bank or intermediary-bank charges.
   • Promotional codes are single-use unless stated otherwise and cannot be combined. Duplicate accounts created to reuse promotional pricing may be merged or closed.

3. 3Subscription Validity

   • Each subscription is valid only for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
   • The subscription period begins according to the activation/delivery terms communicated with the customer.
   • Subscription duration cannot be extended because of customer inactivity or failure to use the service during its validity period.

4. 4Activation & Delivery

   • Digital subscriptions are generally activated or delivered within 24 hours after successful payment confirmation.
   • Delivery time may vary depending on the product and availability.
   • Customers may contact customer support if their order has not been received within the stated delivery period.

5. 5Warranty Policy

   Where a product is specifically sold with a warranty:

   • A 24-hour warranty period begins after activation/delivery.
   • Customers should test the subscription during this period and report any issue as soon as possible.
   • If a valid issue occurs during the warranty period, AI Tool Bazar may provide a replacement, subject to availability.
   • If a suitable replacement is unavailable, a 100% refund may be provided for the affected purchase.

   Products explicitly sold without warranty are not covered by this warranty policy.

6. 6Issues Reported After Warranty

   Issues reported after the applicable warranty period are not covered under the standard warranty.

   If assistance is available after the warranty period, AI Tool Bazar may provide support subject to applicable service charges.

   A 25% service charge, along with applicable charges related to the subscription usage period, may apply where assistance or replacement is requested after the warranty period. Usage charges are calculated from the number of days the subscription has already been used, pro-rata against the plan's price and duration.

7. 7Non-Warranty Products

   Products or subscriptions clearly marked as “Non-Warranty” are provided on an “as-is” basis.

   For such products, AI Tool Bazar is not responsible for replacement, refund, suspension, restriction, or future access issues after delivery, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

8. 8Account Security & Customer Responsibility

   After delivery of an account or subscription, the customer is responsible for maintaining the security of the account.

   Customers must not:

   • Share account credentials without permission.
   • Attempt unauthorized access.
   • Change billing or payment information.
   • Change recovery details or security settings unless specifically permitted.
   • Attempt to bypass restrictions imposed by the service provider.
   • Misuse the account or service.

   AI Tool Bazar may not be responsible for loss of access resulting from customer-made changes or unauthorized activity.

9. 9Shared Accounts

   Where a listing does not say otherwise, an account is private and dedicated to the buyer. Anything sold as a shared account is labelled as shared on the listing.

   If a customer purchases a shared account, access may be provided to multiple users.

   AI Tool Bazar is not responsible for interruptions, login restrictions, password changes, account removal, or other issues caused by other users sharing the same account, except where the purchased service specifically includes a corresponding warranty or replacement commitment.

10. 10Single-Screen Accounts

    Accounts advertised as “1 Screen” are intended for use on one device/screen at a time.

    Logging in from multiple devices or screens may result in logout, access restrictions, or suspension by the service provider.

    AI Tool Bazar will not be responsible for restrictions caused by violating the stated usage limitations.

11. 11Refund Policy

    Refunds are handled according to the applicable product warranty and refund terms. Our full Refund Policy is published on this website.

    Where a valid warranty issue cannot be resolved through replacement and the product qualifies for a refund, a 100% refund may be issued.

    Refunds may not be available for:

    • Expired subscriptions
    • Non-warranty products
    • Customer misuse
    • Unauthorized account changes
    • Violation of usage restrictions
    • Issues reported after the applicable warranty period

    Any refund will be processed according to the applicable payment method and processing requirements.

12. 12Service Availability

    AI Tool Bazar depends on third-party platforms and service providers for certain subscriptions and digital products.

    Temporary downtime, maintenance, policy changes, service interruptions, or restrictions imposed directly by third-party providers may affect availability.

    Where applicable, AI Tool Bazar will make reasonable efforts to assist customers according to the purchased product's warranty and service terms.

13. 13Fraud & Unauthorized Transactions

    AI Tool Bazar reserves the right to investigate suspicious or potentially fraudulent transactions.

    Orders may be cancelled or suspended where there is reasonable suspicion of:

    • Fraudulent payment
    • Unauthorized use of payment methods
    • False information
    • Abuse of promotional offers
    • Unauthorized resale or misuse of services

    Product names and logos shown in the catalog are used only to identify what is being sold and remain the property of their respective owners.
